Do you have any experience with coaching?
Maybe yes, maybe no — and you might be wondering what it actually is. And why am I asking?
I’ve been applying language coaching methods in my lessons for quite a long time, because I don’t know any more effective method. Ever since I completed a language coaching course and changed the style of my lessons, I’ve started seeing huge progress and much higher motivation in my students (and of course, it also gave me more motivation). That’s why I decided to keep learning and deepen my coaching knowledge more and more.
And because I see that coaching is a bit like therapy and can truly change your life for the better — it helps people discover their talents, potential, and sense of purpose — I decided to sign up for another course. This time it was a course in Coaching for Personal Development (Life Coaching). I started at the beginning of the summer, and now in November I’ve completed the whole course and passed the final exams.
This means that I’m now a certified accredited coach, and I can also apply Life Coaching methods in Czech lessons (I do this only with students who are interested).
In practice, this means that even in our Czech lessons, I can support you on your path toward making changes in your life.
- Do you have a job that doesn’t make you feel happy, but you don’t know what else you could do?
- Do you want to improve your relationship with your partner, family, friends, or colleagues?
- Do you often feel stressed and want to manage your time better?
- Do you have a difficult task ahead of you and don’t know how to start?
- Do you want to do things that feel meaningful, but you’re not sure what exactly they are?
These are just a few small examples of topics we can talk about during a lesson.
👉 These lessons are a combination of language learning and life coaching.
I always test all methods on myself first, and that’s why I believe this is the best investment in a happier life.
