Summer Course of Motivational Czech: New Group Course (A2+)

Do you want to improve not only your Czech this summer, but also your mindset and self-confidence? Do you want to have more motivation, joy in life, and feel good thanks to regular motivational conversations in Czech?

I'm preparing a motivational Czech course in a small group for the summer. The course will be for 4 to 6 people and it will not only be about the language, but mainly about you!

👉 It will be:

  • a combination of Czech and mental well-being
  • we’ll talk about real-life topics and things you want to change
  • we’ll inspire, motivate, and support each other

All of this in a positive atmosphere — in Czech!

The previous motivational Czech course

I already ran one such motivational Czech course earlier this year. There were four lovely women in the group. At first, they were a bit afraid to speak, but very soon they were laughing together, sharing their experiences, inspiring each other, and looking forward each week to a new interesting topic, phrases, and vocabulary they learned in every lesson.

At the end of each lesson, they also shared their most powerful AHA moments that the motivational conversations in Czech had brought them.

What does it look like in practice?

  • Each week, you’ll receive one topic in a Google document
(a text or video, new words in practical context, and inspiring questions)
  • A WhatsApp group within the course
(to continue the conversation and sharing even after the lesson)
  • A short motivational journal
(where you write down key AHA moments, tips, and inspiration for others)
  • Conversations about real-life topics
(just like chatting with a good friend)

What will you gain from the course?

  • Confidence to speak Czech
(You’ll be speaking for the entire lesson, and the topic will be so interesting that you’ll forget you’re speaking Czech — language progress will come naturally.)
  • Motivation to integrate Czech into your daily life
(Other participants will share tips about what helps and inspires them, and you’ll choose what resonates with you.)
  • New language buddies
(You’ll actively communicate with them for one hour each week — and you’ll also support each other between lessons in the WhatsApp group.)
  • Joy
(The topics will be motivational, so you’ll strengthen your positive mindset.)

Czech will become your new positive obsession.

What past participants have said about the course:

💬 “I would recommend this course to a friend because we talked a lot about important life topics that made us think deeply. It also really helped me speak Czech faster and without pauses.”
(Ashley B.)

💬 “Thanks to the motivational course with Veronika, I learned many new words, and I feel more motivated and confident.”
(Cassandra D.)

💬 “In the course, I learned a lot about myself and also improved my ability to speak Czech.”
(Joan K.)

The goal of the course is also to help you integrate Czech into your life — speaking Czech about topics you enjoy will help you make Czech your friend, someone you’ll be happy to spend time with.

Is this course for you?

✅ Yes, if you:

  • are communicative — you enjoy speaking and want to speak even more
  • are open and friendly
  • want to meet new interesting people and share nice conversational moments with them
  • can communicate in Czech at least at the A2 level

I’d love to meet you before the course too!

❓ What else might you need to know?

1️⃣ How difficult are the texts and conversations for A2 level?

About the same as my blog posts. If you understand my blog articles and newsletters, you’ll have no problem understanding the course materials.

Can you talk to family or friends in Czech about everyday topics, but sometimes search for words, need a bit more time, or say things a bit differently?

Do you understand adapted A2-level podcasts (like Učíme se česky or slowczech)?

Then the course won’t be a problem for you.

Anyway, before the course starts, we’ll also have a short call, so I’ll get a sense of your Czech in advance.

2️⃣ Do I need to prepare between lessons? How much time will I need?

You join the lesson even if you didn’t have time to read the text and questions.

This isn’t school — I don’t give homework, just tips and recommendations. You choose what you want to do and how much time you want to spend on Czech between lessons.

3️⃣ How active is the WhatsApp group? Is it mandatory?

Every week, I send information about the next lesson to the WhatsApp group, and sometimes we vote on which topic we’ll have next time. But how active you want to be in the WhatsApp group is totally up to you.

If you don’t want to chat there, that’s completely fine. And if you want to chat every day, that’s fine too. You decide 😉

4️⃣ Will we study grammar in the course?

The course is primarily conversational and motivational. That means we’ll focus on speaking, motivation, and developing a positive mindset.

During each lesson, I write down new words and phrases in a shared Google document. And if I notice that you need help with grammar, we can talk about it brieflybut grammar is not the main focus of the course.

That said, you’ll hear and see a lot of Czech sentences, so you’ll be practicing grammar naturally — in context.

5️⃣ What if I can’t attend a lesson?

If you can’t make it, I’d appreciate it if you let us know on WhatsApp before the lesson.

You’ll always see what we did in the lesson in the shared Google document. If you want, I or the others can send you the questions on WhatsApp, and you can reply with a text or audio message.

Another option is to write a short text on the lesson topic — and I’ll give you brief feedback.

❗ Please note: lessons are not recorded.

6️⃣ How long will I have access to the course materials?

The Google document and the WhatsApp group will be available to you even after the course ends.

7️⃣ I’m an introvert and I’m afraid to speak. Is the course still for me?

Yes, the course is definitely for introverts too!

It’s completely normal to feel nervous — what matters most is being communicative, which means you WANT to talk to others.

8️⃣ How and when do I pay for the course?

Before the course starts, I’ll send you an invoice.
If you have a Czech or euro bank account, you’ll pay by bank transfer (you can pay in Czech crowns or euros).

If you don’t have a euro or Czech account, you’ll pay via Wise.

If you prefer to pay by card like in an online shop, that’s also possible — but in that case, the course price will be 10% higher.

We’ll agree on that individually!

9️⃣ Can I try the first lesson and decide afterward?

Yes! If we don’t know each other yet and you’d like to try the first lesson with no commitment, we can agree that you’ll just pay for that one lesson. I’ll send the invoice for the rest of the course later after the first lesson (if you decide to make the course).

Before the course starts, we’ll also have a short free video call — it’s a great way to get to know each other and see if I’m the right motivational teacher for you.
